Inversion Foundations: 4-Week Series w/ Suzie

This is a progressive 4-week inversion series designed to help you build the strength, technique and confidence needed for forearm stands, handstands and supported headstands.

Across four 2-hour workshops, Suzie Q will guide you through intelligent, safe progressions that break down inversions step-by-step. Each week builds on the last, creating real improvement rather than random drills.

You’ll learn:

  • Wrist, shoulder and core preparation specific to inversions

  • Wall drills and safe entry techniques

  • Alignment and body line awareness

  • How to fall safely

  • Partner spotting and support

  • Conditioning exercises to accelerate your progress

Beginner friendly. Clear options and progressions will be provided so you can work at your level while still feeling challenged.

Suzie brings over 20 years of experience in yoga, aerial, pole, Pilates and circus arts, with a strong emphasis on safety and technical precision.
