Days: Every Friday for 13 weeks (break during holidays)
Start Date: 24th July 2026
Break Week: 2nd October 2026 (public holiday)
Graduation Date: 23rd October 2026
Times: 6pm – 9pm
Where: Nin Yoga Penrith – 51 York Road, Jamisontown
