This 4-week series is a dedicated container to explore meditation practices in a grounded, practical and sustainable way. Not as theory. Not as performance. As lived practice.
Across four Sunday mornings, Karen will guide you through:
• Breath-based awareness
• Body-based meditation
• Working skillfully with thoughts and emotions
• Reflective inquiry
• Attention and presence training
• Integrating meditation into daily life
Each session includes guided practice, quiet sitting, reflection and space for discussion. You’ll leave with both experience and understanding — not just instructions.
If you miss a session, every class is recorded and uploaded to our Kaya Academy online platform, so you can revisit the practice in your own time and stay connected to the series.
This is not a teacher training. It is a practice immersion.
However, yoga teachers and space holders will find this series deeply supportive in refining their capacity to guide silence, hold space and understand the inner landscape more clearly.
Karen has been exploring contemplative philosophy since she was sixteen and facilitating meditation professionally since 2007, both in Australia and internationally. With a background in psychotherapy and yoga, she creates environments that feel intellectually engaging, emotionally safe and deeply human.
