When one teaches, two learn.

Why a course?

There are a couple of reasons.

Firstly, in courses, you are showing up at the same time and place consistently. The repetition and routine in an adult learning environment help you to absorb that knowledge in a way that is often difficult to do in open-level weekly studio classes.

Secondly, if you want to get certified and become an accredited teacher, you have to do the hours and the tasks that are required to get you there. This can ONLY be done in a course with a recognised school (aka, us!).

200-Hour Reformer Pilates Teacher Training

Start Date: Saturday 25th October 2025

Tuesday evenings and Saturday afternoons for 6 months

We understand that stepping into the world of teaching movement and breath can be super daunting, especially if you're starting from scratch. But here’s the reassuring part: you don’t need teaching experience to begin this journey. Whether you're a novice to holding room for others or just seeking new skills for your current teaching game, this training is crafted to embrace you exactly where you are.

From the beginning, you’ll be led through the foundational principles of Pilates and the art of teaching with clarity, confidence, and care. The course is structured to help you develop your skills step by step, with hands-on guidance from senior teachers.

50 Hour Yin Yoga & Meditation Teacher Training

Begins 7th November 2025

Friday nights for 13 weeks (except during holidays)

Nin Yoga Penrith

Investment: $797

This 50-hour advanced module is designed for yoga teachers who wish to incorporate Yin Yoga and Meditation into their classes, or for those who simply want to deepen their knowledge of these two offerings.

It's open to both students and teachers. Please note that if you are not a yoga teacher already, we cannot certify you (but if you decide to become one later, we can certify you at a later date).

200 Hour Level 1 Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training

Begins 4th November 2025

Tuesday and Thursday nights for 6 months

Nin Yoga Penrith & Online

Investment: $2700

This course combines in-person and online, and once completed, it certifies you to teach yoga.

If you want a career switch or are keen to dive really deep into yoga teachings, this is the one for you.
