Weekend Yoga Immersion

Saturday 22nd + Sunday 23rd August
11:00am – 4:00pm daily
Nin Yoga Penrith

Weekend Yoga Immersion is a nourishing two-day experience designed to help you deepen your understanding of yoga beyond the poses in a welcoming, supportive and down-to-earth environment.

Across the weekend, we will slow down and immerse ourselves in meditation, breathwork, philosophy, movement, Yin Yoga, restorative practices, journaling and deep rest.

This is not a teacher training, and you do not need to want to become a yoga teacher to join. Think of it as teacher-training depth without the pressure, overwhelm or commitment.

Across the weekend, we will explore:

• Meditation and nervous system regulation practices
• Pranayama (breathwork) and practical ways to work with energy and emotion
• Yoga philosophy in a grounded, relatable and accessible way
• Alignment-based movement to better understand common poses and transitions
• Yin Yoga, restorative practices and Yoga Nidra
• Reflection, journaling and meaningful conversation
• Rest, stillness and time to reconnect to yourself

This immersion is suitable for beginners through to experienced practitioners. You do not need to be flexible, experienced or know anything about yoga philosophy to join. Everything will be offered in a way that allows you to meet yourself exactly where you are.

I’ll be guiding you through a weekend that blends practical tools, meaningful conversations and a whole lot of compassion.

Creating a space to move, breathe, learn, reflect and simply slow down.

If you miss part of the weekend, recordings of relevant sessions will be available where possible so you can revisit the learning later.

Vegetarian lunch, tea and yummy snacks are included both days.

Limited to 16 people.

Give yourself permission to pause, reconnect and spend a weekend immersed in yoga.
