How can we help you?

We have been a Yoga Teacher Training school since 2020, and one thing we feel that is much more needed in our industry is ongoing community support, and not just online community support, but IN PERSON ongoing community support too.

We also LOVE being a guide in YOUR STORY and are super keen to find a way to make that happen each and every single month.

I want to be part of this

So then, what's included?

For $60 a month, you get access to the following:

  • Lifetime access to the yoga teacher training online course, with updates made regulary.
  • Always have the latest version of the yoga teacher training manual via PDF.
  • The option to "join in" on any future 200 hour teacher training (you can do the whole thing again, or just bits here and there!)
  • Monthly in-person workshops at Nin Yoga Penrith with our Yoga Teacher Trainers, exclusive only to The Teacher Tribe students.
  • Private Facebook group, exclusive only to those within The Teacher Tribe, with all questions answered within 24 hours.
  • Job opportunities and networking opportunities are given as priority FIRST to those within The Teacher Tribe.
Yes pleaseeee

Our Sankalpa to you

Sankalpa is a Sanskrit word meaning "intention". Sort of like a spiritual promise, we would love to make a Sankalpa to you.

Being a part of The Teachers Tribe fam bam will make sure you feel supported on this new path, with a community of like minded individuals (because lets be real, we all ADORE being part of a yoga teacher training because learning, growing and just having a laugh and being ridiculous with other adults is just more FUN than we give it credit for).

You will find your accountability buddies so that you continue to be the best you can be for yourself and for those your care about.

We will ask you the hard questions on the regular, and support you in doing the work that comes with it so that you continue to learn and flourish, just like you experienced within in the yoga teacher training.

We will keep our content on the online platform up to date, so that you always have the resources you need for your side hustle (or full hustle) as a yoga teacher.

We will also meet up every single month, sometimes online, but mostly in person, because connection and community is at the forefront at being abundant in this industry (and I promise ill keep serving unlimited pots of tea and sweets!)

What are the workshops?

Other than important and consistent catch-ups and check-ins with each other, below are some of the in-person workshops we have already penciled in for the Teachers Tribe.

We have so many creative ideas for workshops to complement your yoga practice and teaching, invite curiosity, and inspire you, and we can not wait to bring you a new one each month.

1pm to 4pm - Intro to Vinyasa Krama

Adjustments & Assists with Annika Saigi

Sunday 8th March 2026

1pm - 3pm

Nin Yoga Penrith

Let's practice asking for consent, entering and exiting someone else's space, as well as touching students, so that we can assist them in getting more out of their own practice. We need to practice, and who is better than each other?

Philosophy Through Story Telling with Keith

Tuesday 9th April 2026

6pm - 9pm

Nin Yoga Penrith

We will join the current teacher training group to attend a lecture on philosophy, featuring the owner of Bija Yoga in Penrith and a teacher with over 30 years of experience sharing Jivamukti Yoga.

Restorative Yoga & Check-in Circle with Annika Saigi

Saturday 11th April 2026

11am - 1pm

Nin Yoga Penrith

Restorative yoga is a deeply supportive practice designed to regulate the nervous system and allow the body to rest in a way that actually restores you. Using bolsters, blankets and props, we’ll settle into long-held, fully supported shapes that require no effort. No stretching goals. No pushing. Just spaciousness, breath and permission to soften.

This is the kind of practice that reminds you why you started in the first place.

After our restorative session, we’ll gather in circle for an honest check-in. A space to share where you’re at — in teaching, in business, in life. A space to be heard. A space to offer and receive support from others who understand this path.

Teaching can feel isolating at times. This is about staying connected.

Nibbles will be provided, and the whole afternoon is designed to feel grounding, nourishing and unhurried.

Headstand Workshop & Check-in Circle with Annika Saigi

Date TBC soon! In May sometime :)

Nin Yoga Penrith

This workshop is for teachers who want to properly understand headstand — not just do it.

We’ll break the pose down step by step: forearm foundation, shoulder stability, core activation, safe entry, controlled exit and intelligent progressions. You’ll work through drills that build real strength and confidence, and unpack common mistakes so you know exactly what to look for in your students.

A strong focus of this session will be on how to teach headstand safely. We’ll partner up to practise spotting, assisting and communicating clear cues. You’ll learn when to support, how to support, and when to hold back. This is about building skill and responsibility, not just getting upside down.

There will be options for every stage — whether you’re refining your own shape, building consistency, or learning how to introduce inversions into your classes with confidence.

After the physical practice, we’ll gather in circle for a check-in. A chance to share where you’re at, what’s feeling strong, what’s feeling uncertain, and how we can support each other as teachers.

Nibbles will be provided. Expect an afternoon that feels empowering, practical and connected.

This is for you if:

  • You have graduated from the 200 hour Nin Yoga Teacher Training
  • Miss the connection within that adult learning environment, and didn't want it to end!
  • Get overwhelmed with how much you have to do, and need help sorting out priorities
  • Can create the space to get to Western Sydney once every two months (mostly Sundays Mornings).
  • Love networking and learning new skills, and understand that both of those things come with an investment of time within your personal life too.
  • Are ready to commit to making yoga part of your every day. No need to teach it, but we will for sure be integrating it regularly.
I am ready
